By accessing or using the Gift of Parenthood platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Gift of Parenthood provides an online platform for individuals to create fundraisers for fertility-related expenses and for donors to contribute to those fundraisers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Fundraiser Guidelines

Fundraisers must be created for legitimate fertility-related expenses. We reserve the right to remove any fundraiser that violates our guidelines or appears fraudulent.

5. Fees

Our platform charges a fee on donations received, which varies by plan (Free: 5%, Plus: 3.5%, Pro: 2%). Payment processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 also apply.

6. Donations

Donations are made voluntarily. Gift of Parenthood does not guarantee that funds will be used for stated purposes. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, text, and design, is the property of Gift of Parenthood and is protected by copyright law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gift of Parenthood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
